Returns a paginated list of patient notes. Notes ARE the patient-visit resource — there is no separate /visits endpoint; each note record is one visit (visitDate, status, assigned providers, SOAP note). Only current versions are returned (no historical versions). Set includeSoapNote=true to include SOAP note content (requires read:soap_notes scope).
